Does anyone know the formula for the output of a flywheel in kW taking into account the mass, rpm and size etc of the flywheel?

The output is the same as the input, less a few units for frictions.

Wikipedia is your friend. Its usually pretty reliable for formulae as long as you keep your wits about any sneaky wording it uses.
