I was along providing moral support (and tyre pressure advice!) to Mr MumbleMotorsport and his Saab 9000 yesterday, and took a few snaps in between rain and beefburgers!

Had a fantastic day, spoke to some really nice folks and saw some incredible cars.

I have a lot more photos so please ask if you'd like me to search through for one of your P&J in action.

Cheers.

There's some excellent photos there, nice one.
I particularly love the way you've titled every photo with the name of the car... Until you got to Owelly's plastic car, which is just "IMG_5499" [:D]

Hi - Excellent photos! If you have any more of the Scimitar I'd be very grateful if you could post them up (or send them on email?) - you managed to make it look good in your photos!!

Some great photos there, I especially like the one from the start line showing just how wet things were in the morning.

You got any of my tatty white MR2? Especially during the slalom...

Cheers for the positive feedback chaps :) As requested I've added a few more pics:

Renrut's MR2 - http://www.flickr.com/photos/andrew74/2585656356/

Jai's Uno - http://www.flickr.com/photos/andrew74/2584777081/

Owelly's "Magenta" - http://www.flickr.com/photos/andrew74/2584748145/

Shedtastic's Scimitar - http://www.flickr.com/photos/andrew74/2584747735/

Kevin's Mini - http://www.flickr.com/photos/andrew74/2584747209/

Paul's Polo - http://www.flickr.com/photos/andrew74/2584746769/

Apologies for not having snapped every single car on the slalom - my only excuse was that I didn't want to get £600 worth of borrowed lens too wet!

Practical Performance Car (PPC) magazine, a monthly publication aimed at real car enthusiasts, with real-world cars. At PPC we pride ourselves in providing the most entertaining, informative and inspiring features for petrolheads everywhere. Each month we feature an eclectic mix of affordable performance cars, great driving adventures and world-class technical features for the DIY tuner.

Everyone who works on the magazine is a dyed-in-the-wool car enthusiast and this is reflected in the cars we drive and the topics we write about. Whether it be fast road, track-day or grass roots motorsport you’ll find it in PPC. Our editorial team is headed up by well known editor Will Holman. Will has a deserved reputation for his ’stick a V8 under the bonnet’ attitude to life and has had (and crashed/ had stolen/ rusted away) enough cars to fill a monthly magazine on his own. His editorial team is stacked with experience with the likes of Dave Walker (speciality engine management), of the sadly-missed Car and Car Conversions magazine, David Vizard, the legendary engine tuning guru, and Kevin Leaper (speciality buying cars in pubs) – ex technical editor of Practical Classics. Have a look at the Staff Cars and features to give you a flavour of PPC but for the real thing get along to your local WH Smiths or independent newsagent. PPC is on sale on the last Thursday of every month.
