if your really really brave cut the springs in situe. it often has good results and saves a crap load of time!

cut all the way throught the spring untill just a little tiny bit of metal removes on all 4 springs then get a mate and both stand on the door sills and jump up and down till the springs snap to desired length.

If you want to do it "in-situ", jack the car up, take the wheel off, use spring compressors to compress the spring(except for 1 coil), then cut that coil off and file/grind a flat on the top edge, then release the compressors, refit the wheel and see how it looks.

unfortunatly its owned by a multimillionire swiss watch maker and i dont think he will let me borrow it to be honest

have got my own custom helmet for the event though, just havent got round to actually painting it yet
