Now I have A supercharger in my possesion care of relentless rob...........Yeah baby!! Me my wife and kids chucked in my nissan 'space hopper' serena and trundled of to kings lynn, It was an eventfull trip!!! Just the other side of the peterborough the police were helping some ambulance peoples scoop some poor fella on the side of the road, not really sure what happened though . Then where rob lives there were a couple of villages with nearly the same name (really, that is enough to stump me!!) with no phone credit and no twat nav to point me to the nearest rivers we were scuppered! thankfully though rob rang and we happened to be at the wrong village (after just leaving the right one  ) Oh well got it now though. :D

It was taken off an aircooled bus for a Beetle but the threat of divorce meant I ended up with it. ;)

Well the red shed is on the road.... and i didnt get pulled once which is nice!! 8) I had fun terrorising other road users (saxos and the like) and barrys golden brick was out with me so it was play time all round. Plans tomorrow is to look at how to slap the charger in and measuring up the rool cage

Quick cash top up so far:
Car: £400
Supercharger: £100
Hood sold for: £200 and guy let me his old hood, result!! It does leak on my head though!!!
Bucket seat: £0
Harness: £15
Roll cage: £0 my friend (a welder) owes me a couple of favours so i called it in.
Dodgy chip off ebay to fool IAT £10 I was a little dubious about this as it took about 2 mins to fit and claims 30 bhp £.... however it does fool the engine and has made it more responsive and crackles on overrun.
So so far its total comes to £325  Really that is all it stands me at!!!! next to come is MOT  and it is on time for a cambelt, then maybe super charger time!!

Practical Performance Car (PPC) magazine, a monthly publication aimed at real car enthusiasts, with real-world cars. At PPC we pride ourselves in providing the most entertaining, informative and inspiring features for petrolheads everywhere. Each month we feature an eclectic mix of affordable performance cars, great driving adventures and world-class technical features for the DIY tuner.

Everyone who works on the magazine is a dyed-in-the-wool car enthusiast and this is reflected in the cars we drive and the topics we write about. Whether it be fast road, track-day or grass roots motorsport you’ll find it in PPC. Our editorial team is headed up by well known editor Will Holman. Will has a deserved reputation for his ’stick a V8 under the bonnet’ attitude to life and has had (and crashed/ had stolen/ rusted away) enough cars to fill a monthly magazine on his own. His editorial team is stacked with experience with the likes of Dave Walker (speciality engine management), of the sadly-missed Car and Car Conversions magazine, David Vizard, the legendary engine tuning guru, and Kevin Leaper (speciality buying cars in pubs) – ex technical editor of Practical Classics. Have a look at the Staff Cars and features to give you a flavour of PPC but for the real thing get along to your local WH Smiths or independent newsagent. PPC is on sale on the last Thursday of every month.
