Engine weight (dry, with flywheel, alternator & starter) 132.7Kg
Ford 2.0L duratec is aparently rougly 100Kg including anclis, flywheel and sump
sr20de high port and tranny 170kg

Its a good list but its a little confusing I think in terms of what ancillaries are attached.
I plan on weighing my K once I've got it fully decked up with all ancillaries and flywheel + pressure plate. But I can dead lift it myself as it is (assembled block/head + timing gear, minimal oil) so can't be more than about 80kg at the most.
