For reasons of "Health and Safety" don't actually try ebay in the bath unless you're running a low Volt laptop.

See some "in the bath" material on ebay and post it here.

So how about this..........

...with the engine from this.

Enjoy.

Ok possibly not normal in the bath thoughts as this one is very much outside the usual PPC price range but IMO worth it:

Take one of these:

Throw out the old lump of an engine.
Put the engine and drivetrain from this in it.

Nissan use the 4.5L one in the GTR in the Super GT series instead of the V6 TT, and the 5.6L one in their GT1 car, this one is the bigger one. Makes 320bhp in standard lazy a$$ trim.

But when you get bored of having a silly fast car and want that mad max look. Buy this.

And then this too:

Make each one drive a bank giving an easy 'streetable' 800bhp.

I'm looking for turbo/tuning bits for my E36 £999 project but this is very high up on my watch list....

Because I think either as a classic car it has a lot of potential or fit the engine out of one of these and it's very PPC instead.....

Orange? Czech
Cool? Czech
PPC enough? Czech
Take a VAG 1.8T or Subaru engine? Czech
Crap gag that I shouldn't have bothered with? Czech ;)

Very cool car that I like to think of as the poor mans Karman Ghia, just as tunable and you don't have to do the Euro streached tyre 'dub scene to own one. Those guys are biggest bunch of freaks I have ever met(and I live in Norfolk). :)

Not very PPC to be polishing a car, especially on this scale, but one of the guys on the Migweld forum just won this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/150668236497? ... 070wt_1263

I'm not sure if it's a bargain or not, kind of makes me think of those companies which get sold for £1 but are 10 Million ££ in dept.

It does make me smile though.

I know the Japanese are a strange bunch. They have vending machines for used knickers and its hard to keep a car over three years but why do you need a girl in a bikini to make smoothies with her low low minivan. I mean, don't get me wrong. If I were offered one I would accept her (though I would have to get a heated garage for winter) but I still don't see the point.

Practical Performance Car (PPC) magazine, a monthly publication aimed at real car enthusiasts, with real-world cars. At PPC we pride ourselves in providing the most entertaining, informative and inspiring features for petrolheads everywhere. Each month we feature an eclectic mix of affordable performance cars, great driving adventures and world-class technical features for the DIY tuner.

Everyone who works on the magazine is a dyed-in-the-wool car enthusiast and this is reflected in the cars we drive and the topics we write about. Whether it be fast road, track-day or grass roots motorsport you’ll find it in PPC. Our editorial team is headed up by well known editor Will Holman. Will has a deserved reputation for his ’stick a V8 under the bonnet’ attitude to life and has had (and crashed/ had stolen/ rusted away) enough cars to fill a monthly magazine on his own. His editorial team is stacked with experience with the likes of Dave Walker (speciality engine management), of the sadly-missed Car and Car Conversions magazine, David Vizard, the legendary engine tuning guru, and Kevin Leaper (speciality buying cars in pubs) – ex technical editor of Practical Classics. Have a look at the Staff Cars and features to give you a flavour of PPC but for the real thing get along to your local WH Smiths or independent newsagent. PPC is on sale on the last Thursday of every month.
