It was a very nice campsite. The toilets were cleaner than my house! And probably bigger.

I like the irony that Nick, who was actually trying to do things correctly by booking in advance and paying his money, is now banned.

Myself and many others, who in retrospect may have inadvertently forgot to book and pay, are still welcome to come back.

I liked the place, it was free to use, not too difficult to get into, had other campers there that liked cars and weren't afraid to start them up loudly at all times of the night (you know who you are secret V8 boys), and had entrainment laid on in the form of a 90 year old stunt man performing tricks for use.

I would definitely go back

I also thought the site was excellent. I'm liking the way they set up a sort of Crystal Maze/Team Building exercise for folks to get in. They made some bobbly things pop up out of the road to deter folks with tyres made from eggs and provided bits of wood to help get over them. You just had to forage for the wood/fences.

i was just as suprised... i didn't get a pull, and both vehicles look doubtfull for anything bar scrap!

plus at anything over 50 i did more mileage side to side than forwards...

i pumped transit tyres up and it got much better

It was warmer and more comfy i imagine then sleeping in the carpark 2 mins down the road
