Its got far too much fibreglass left to the TT.
It will be one of the other plastic abominations he has.
Looks like it donated its rear arches to the turd tho.

Engine and box out...

And found that the reason why 2nd and 4th gear didn't want to play...



The oily bit poking through the adaptor plate is the gear selector shaft and it was hitting the bellhousing gubbins, thus....

Mr bellhousing met mr angry grinder......
Engine and box are now back in the car just waiting to get all it's ancilliaries connected up.
JUst a few more fibreglassing sessions to get the bulkhead back in 'shape' and that's a few more things ticked off the list.

Obviously many folks have told me it won't work but it's run for a couple of hours like this and spurts out 14volts and I can't see it needing to work for much longer than that...

I'm glad to see the gear change problem was a fairly easy fix
Keep up the good work!!
