Found anything interesting on ebay, post here grab a jaffa and have your say

...sometimes a bargain, sometimes a bottomless pit that remains unfinished for several changes of ownership. Either way it's the sort of thing I think we're interested in seeing. Not only as a potential project for us to finish off or a wealth of parts for one of our projects.

V8 Mini anyone?

As a finders fee I'll paint the car for you. Any colours so long as it's blue and orange. ;)

That looked brilliant. I think it ended yesterday. Shame it was Brat/Brumby running gear and no Justy bits at all. Would have made to the page if the seller knew his arse from his elbows. ;)

Sad thing is (apart from being able to tell an 1800 Brat engine from a 1300 Justy at a casual glance) Justy running gear would have been quicker and would have fitted within the original Metro dimensions. The 6R4-esque body kit did a fairly good job of hiding most of it but I think it's just a Metro shell on a Brat floor. Ideal a base for a WRX transplant in the future. ;)

A tad expensive but these have a lot of potential.

Much as I'd love this...

...I think this weeks unfinished project of the week should go to this...

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Burlington-Ar ... 336feb89f0

...looks like a Triumph Vitesse with a scratch built Aluminium body. The Firenza would make good money and needs a couple of weekends tarting up but the Arrow would be more of a challenge and equally as rewarding. :)

Two Alfa 145 Cloverleaf's (leaves?) and a shed load of spares.

Make one twin engined and stick a V6 in the other. ;)

Practical Performance Car (PPC) magazine, a monthly publication aimed at real car enthusiasts, with real-world cars. At PPC we pride ourselves in providing the most entertaining, informative and inspiring features for petrolheads everywhere. Each month we feature an eclectic mix of affordable performance cars, great driving adventures and world-class technical features for the DIY tuner.

Everyone who works on the magazine is a dyed-in-the-wool car enthusiast and this is reflected in the cars we drive and the topics we write about. Whether it be fast road, track-day or grass roots motorsport you’ll find it in PPC. Our editorial team is headed up by well known editor Will Holman. Will has a deserved reputation for his ’stick a V8 under the bonnet’ attitude to life and has had (and crashed/ had stolen/ rusted away) enough cars to fill a monthly magazine on his own. His editorial team is stacked with experience with the likes of Dave Walker (speciality engine management), of the sadly-missed Car and Car Conversions magazine, David Vizard, the legendary engine tuning guru, and Kevin Leaper (speciality buying cars in pubs) – ex technical editor of Practical Classics. Have a look at the Staff Cars and features to give you a flavour of PPC but for the real thing get along to your local WH Smiths or independent newsagent. PPC is on sale on the last Thursday of every month.
