Don't Forget - PPC in the Park - is on Saturday!

DSC_5428Plan your weekend now! Come along to PPC in the Park at Mallory on Saturday. The weather is looking good, the track is booked up with some great cars & clubs and the attractions are ready to entertain.

The Driftworks Team are ready to appear on track and have been testing the track to get a feel for just how far they can push themselves.

Shakespeare County Raceway have got their Supercharged Outlaws ready to bring along.  They are some of the best blown machinery around and will be performing live action burnouts and ear splitting engine warm-ups all day long.

The Autotest is booked up with Car Clubs battling against each other in the Autotest Challenge - which should be entertaining when the competitiveness kicks in.

There'll also be PPC's first non-concours & a rolling road testing which at has the most BHP at the show.

If that's not enough - there's also staff & PPC £999 Challenge cars to look at. All the PPC staff will be there to meet.

We are also running a  cracking subscription offer - so bring along £47.48 to pick up a year's sub and a bag of goodies.  As always, there will be Free beer for subscribers and unlike last year we'll all be camping with our keg of ale & Kev is threating to light a BBQ.  You can still book a camping pitch on the day & tickets can be bought on the gate.

Practical Performance Car (PPC) is a monthly magazine aimed at real car enthusiasts interested in affordable performance tuning. At PPC we pride ourselves in providing the most entertaining, informative and inspiring features for petrolheads everywhere. Each month we feature an eclectic mix of affordable performance cars, great driving adventures and world-class technical features for the DiY tuner. Our editorial team is headed up by well known Will Holman who has a deserved reputation for 'stick a V8 under the bonnet' attitude to life. His editorial team is stacked with experience including Dave Walker (speciality engine management), of the sadly missed Cars and Car Conversions (CCC) magazine, David Vizard, the legendary engine tuning guru, and Kevin Leaper - ex technical editor of Practical Classics.

Have a look at the online Staff Cars section to give you a flavour of PPC but for the real thing go to your local newsagent, WHSmiths, Asda, Tesco or Sainsburys - PPC is on sale the last Thursday of every month. Better still visit our subscriptions page for the latest offers and discounts to have PPC delivered direct to your door at a fraction of the cost.
